Doing life together is God's catalyst for our life change. As our lives are changed, the culture we live in is changed. It's our goal to get everyone connected somewhere --- in fellowship, ministry or both. You have an important place in the Kingdom and we want to help you discover that place.
We've made it easy to get connected --- through various groups and through ministry opportunities. Check out some of the possibilities!
Various groups
Journey Groups We encourage all adults at FFCC to plug into a Journey Group. It's where "body life" happens, where we discover ourselves, and where we find friendships that carry us through the ups and downs of life.
Focus Groups These groups are other opportunities for you to plug in with like-minded people, with emphasis on prayer and Bible study.
AMP'd Student life at FFCC is alive and well and vibrant. Check out how you can get plugged into the great things going on with our youth at FFCC.
Freedom Warriors We've also got great opportunities for your kids in 6th grade and younger to get connected. AWANA on Wednesday night is the happening place to be - making growing in God tons of fun. Then on Sunday mornings we have Kid's Church during the sermon time - pouring truth into our kids on their level.
Ministry Opportunities
Wanna make a difference? There are lots of ways to do so at FFCC. You might consider helping in one of the following areas.
Freedom Warriors In our Kid's Ministry, you can help shape lives that will make a difference for years to come. You can teach if you want. But if that's not your thing, you can serve as an assistant, or with games, or with special events, or just about any way you can dream up! Come join this amazing team.

Nursery During the Sunday morning service, our nursery is run by a key group of volunteers. We make it easy --- everyone who signs up to be on the nursery rotation, only has to serve once every 3 months. You can't beat that! Plus, who doesn't like to love on the little ones every now and then!

Hospitality Team This is a vital group of people who help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere on a Sunday morning, especially for our guests. This is one of the simplest ways to serve at FFCC but one of the most impacting.

Freedom House Our community outreach center takes donated clothing, household items, furniture, appliances and other necessities and redistributes them to Canyon people who are in need. Our volunteers sort and store these donated items and then serve our neighbors by helping them find what they need when they come in. It's some of the most rewarding hard work you'll ever do and we're always eager to include new volunteers.

These are just a few of the ways you can plug into ministry. If you have interest in some area that is not listed above, just shoot us an email and let us know. We'll have the person over that ministry get in contact with you.
Membership
Most people, after they have been around awhile at FFCC, decide to become members. That's important because Jesus calls us to live committed lives. You could even say it's a covenant relationship we enter into with each other. This simply means we're going to make the kingdom vision of FFCC a priority in our lives --- and we're going to live life together as we do it.
Here's how it works at FFCC.
Several times during the year we will offer Connections - a four-part series geared for all who want to know more about Freedom Fellowship and how to get plugged in. If there's not a Connections round presently going on, we're sure one will start sometime soon.
If you would be interested in being a part of the next Connections, just email us and let us know.
